Walled Gardens

Sadler Brown were asked to develop a scheme of 14 houses on a site adjacent to Newcastle Racecourse, Gosforth.

The scheme comprised of 8 houses in the north walled gardens and 6 dwellings in the south walled garden, with associated landscaping and access. Successful planning permission was achieved and Sadler Brown then went on to complete the technical design and subsequent construction of the 14 houses.

The project won Best Residential Development in Tyne & Wear 2018 by the UK Property Awards.
