Having been involved in the project from its conception, Sadler Brown have carried out the concept design, planning submission, detailed design and construction management of Phases 1 and 2, and submitted the planning application for Phase 3 earlier this year. Once the Phase 2 offices were completed, Sadler Brown relocated from their longstanding Riverside offices to a unit within Airview Park. The site location, adjacent to Newcastle International Airport, is fantastic for businesses with international reach and this third phase is already continuing to attract similar companies from far and wide.

Airview Park is also well connected via the A1 motorway, public transport, an international airport, and has a metro station a minutes’ walk away with direct links into Newcastle and beyond. The Phase 3 development will see the construction of three more office buildings and associated parking, amenities and landscaping. Sadler Brown are carrying out the technical design and will continue to manage the project to ensure the delivery of Phase 3 runs smoothly. With Phases 4 and 5 to follow in 2024.
