Airview Business Park

Airview Park is a business park in Woolsington, Newcastle upon Tyne with over 175,000sqft of office accommodation. Sadler Brown have been involved in the project from conception, carrying out the design, planning submission, detailed design and overseeing the construction phases. With Phases 1 and 2 completed and Phase 3 recently gaining unanimous approval from Newcastle City Council, the project is nearing completion.

Located adjacent to Newcastle International Airport, the development is of strategic importance to the area. Providing bespoke office spaces for up to 2,000 employees with good connections to public transport, as well as leisure amenities and designated parking, the development has gained high interest from companies with international business relations.

Bellway Group were one of the first companies to call Airview Park home, with others following suit, including Sadler Brown, who relocated from the riverside in Newcastle, in order to develop international opportunities and to reside in a building designed by their very own staff.

The offices are contemporary, yet considered and sensitive to the surrounding area. With a focus on staff wellbeing, the offices have an abundance of natural light and have been carefully landscaped, ensuring all employees have a green vista.
