Hand Over Complete for Airview Park!

Another exciting project phase completion at Airview Park!

Sadler Brown were commissioned to design and oversee the entirety of the development at Airview Park. Thanks to early involvement in the design process, we were able to ensure a holistic and effective design strategy for the site, maximising it’s potential and capitalising on the sites strengths. The site, with an overall planning approved area of 175,000sqft office accommodation, is minutes from Newcastle International Airport.

With the intention of attracting a more internationally active business community to the area, with strong transport links to planes, trains and automobiles, the development is well on the way to achieving its goals. Bellway Homes headquarters is already now well established within Phase 1 of this beautiful semi-rural setting, with other major businesses following suit and with capacity to house over 2,000 employees, rentals within the development are in high demand.

Phase 3 has been submitted for final design approvals before starting on site in the summer. Once all phases are completed the site will be a hub of economic activity, home to a range of local, national and international businesses.
